You cannot feel many of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease and diabetes such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and elevated blood sugar. Therefore, a few months after modifying your risk factors give yourself some feedback and use the ‘Compare Profiles’ option under the myVisits tab to produce a Status Report (see example below). This report will compare your current cardiovascular risk with a previous result highlighting your progress to date.
When making major lifestyle changes, it is easy to “fall off the wagon”. Using the ‘Profile History’ option under the myVisits tab, keep yourself on track by regularly updating your results and produce Risk History Reports (see example below) to follow changes in cardiovascular risk over time.
